Procedures of Teaching

          Frist of all, I would like to inform that each student have the difference English basic, someone can communicate fluently but someone cannot even understand the word or vocabulary. My mentor teacher told me that some students rarely learn English when they were at elementary school. But that’s not the problem for me. And here inspire and challenge me to organize the activities for teaching to make them break, funny, and more confident with English. I believe that if we love and open mind, we can do everything. 

       Then I choose Genre-Based Approach and Demonstration procedures to adapt in my teaching. I organize the individual and group activities and using the online media, games, and technology in the class for facilitate the students to have collaboration and sharing with friends  
(The good students can help the weak students) almost activities will focus on the speaking skills of the students, and I try to design activities to speak as much as possible. I have prepared 5 step to teach them and do step by step.
